Horse meat is characterized by its fine structure and delicate muscle fibers. It is a low-calorie meat with low fat and very high protein content, essential for the immune system, enzymes, and hormone production. It contains valuable vitamins (B1, B2, PP) and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron). Horse meat is absorbed better than pork or beef. It is hypoallergenic and often the only meat type tolerated by dogs with food intolerances.
