The products are made by preparing cod mince with the addition of 5% sea buckthorn. A special drying mode is used to preserve all the useful substances of fish and berries. The products are hypoallergenic, contain monoprotein (up to 66.7%), and also serve as a source of glucosamine and chondroitin.
