Buying and Delivery

We invite you to take advantage of our online store and shop conveniently, quickly and safely:

✔ Pick up your order in store (Riga)
Place an order on our website and pick it up within 3 days of order preparation (the customer will receive an e-mail about this fact) in our store: Vestienas Street 32, Riga. In case of non-pick-up (within 3 days), the order will be canceled.

✔ Delivery of goods in Latvia and Europe (except frozen goods)

To Omniva parcel machines in Latvia (goods, except fresh food) – €3.00

To European countries (goods, except fresh food) – €9.00 regardless of the order amount
Delivery by courier from 1 business day to 2 weeks after payment, depending on the country.

✔ Fresh food delivery (to the building)
*specific time cannot be selected
For delivery to the apartment door – additional fee 5.00 €

Riga and Riga region – 5.00 €
Delivery within 3 business days after order processing

Zemgale (every Tuesday) – 5.00 €
(Bauska, Jelgava, Baldone, Ķekava, Ogre, Ikšķile, etc.)

Kurzeme (every Wednesday) – 5.00 €
(Saldus, Liepāja, Kuldīga, Talsi, Tukums, Ventspils, etc.)

Vidzeme (every Thursday) – 5.00 €
(Sigulda, Cēsis, Saulkrasti, Limbaži, Valmiera, etc.)

In the rest of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia – €5.00

Delivery by courier within 1–4 business days, regardless of the order volume. Orders up to 40kg are delivered by a courier service, orders over 40kg are delivered by a logistics company on a pallet (please ensure that a truck can arrive at the delivery address.)

How to Place an Order

Add products to your cart by browsing our online store.
You may edit your cart freely until you click “Order Ready”.
Fill in the required contact and delivery information (registration is not necessary).
Click “Order Ready” to submit your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email automatically.
If paying by bank transfer, an invoice will be included in your confirmation.
Please pay within 3 days of receiving the invoice. After that, the order will be cancelled.

✅ Need to adjust your order? No problem — we’ll confirm any changes with you before proceeding.
