The products are prepared by cooking minced cod meat with the addition of 5% fresh blueberries. A special drying mode is used to preserve all the beneficial substances of fish and berries. The products also serve as a hypoprotein, contain monoprotein (up to 66.7%), as a source of glucosamine and chondroitin.
