When moistened, psyllium seeds form a sticky, gel-like substance in the intestines. This gel binds to sand and other debris, helping to flush them safely out of the digestive system. Feeding Advice:
For preventive use: administer a 7-day course every 4 weeks.

• Pony: 50–150 grams per day (depending on sand intake)

  For acute situations, the dosage may be increased to 1 gram per kg of body weight.
