To ensure safe, timely and high-quality Baltic courier delivery of your order, please read these courier delivery terms before placing an order.

1. Delivery address and contact information

1.1. The Customer must provide an accurate, complete and correct delivery address.

1.2. The Customer must provide a valid telephone number that is reachable on the delivery day so the courier can contact them if necessary.

1.3. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, incorrect phone number or the Customer being unavailable, the Company is not liable for delivery delays or any resulting consequences.

2. Recipient availability

2.1. The Customer must ensure that a person authorised to receive the shipment is present at the delivery address during delivery.

2.2. If the shipment cannot be delivered on the first delivery attempt due to the Customer’s fault, the Company is not responsible for deterioration of product quality, delivery delays or other losses resulting from repeated or delayed delivery.

3. Standard courier delivery

3.1. The standard courier delivery fee is EUR 5.00 per shipment.

3.2. Standard delivery is carried out using a courier service provider selected by the Company.

3.3. The Company is not responsible for delays, damage or other issues caused by the courier service provider unless otherwise required by applicable laws of Latvia or the European Union.

4. Delivery with additional guarantee

4.1. The Customer may choose delivery with an additional guarantee by paying an extra EUR 10.00 in addition to the standard delivery fee.

4.2. The additional guarantee is an extra service provided by the Company (not insurance). If a shipment is damaged or lost due to the courier’s fault, the Company may, at its discretion:

  • resend an identical or equivalent product free of charge;
  • refund the Customer the product price and delivery fee.

4.3. The additional guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • an accurate and complete delivery address is provided;
  • a correct and reachable phone number is provided;
  • the shipment is accepted on the first delivery attempt.

4.4. If any condition in clause 4.3 is not met, the additional guarantee does not apply.

4.5. The additional guarantee does not apply where damage or failed delivery results from:

  • incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer;
  • actions or omissions of the Customer or recipient;
  • force majeure;
  • the courier being unable to deliver due to the Customer’s fault.

5. Change of delivery method

5.1. Orders placed for courier delivery cannot be redirected to a parcel locker or other collection point.

5.2. If the Customer changes the delivery method, address or redirects the shipment after dispatch, the Company is not liable for consequences including:

  • deterioration of product quality;
  • delivery delays;
  • shipment damage;
  • shipment loss related to the Customer’s changes.

6. Packaging of frozen products

6.1. Frozen products are packed in special insulated polystyrene boxes.

6.2. Dry ice is added to help maintain the frozen condition during transport.

6.3. This packaging is designed to maintain product temperature under normal transport conditions but cannot eliminate risks caused by significant delays, improper transport or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

6.4. The packaging maintains product quality for up to 48 hours from dispatch.

7. Liability for frozen product quality

7.1. The Company ensures that the order is prepared and packed according to frozen transport requirements before handover to the courier.

7.2. The Company is not responsible for deterioration caused by:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address;
  • an incorrect or unreachable phone number;
  • failure to accept the shipment on the first attempt;
  • Customer-requested address or delivery method changes;
  • redirection to a parcel locker or collection point.

7.3. Liability is determined according to applicable Latvian and European Union law.

8. Final provisions

8.1. By placing an order, the Customer confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

8.2. These terms apply to all orders using courier delivery.

8.3. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Latvian law.

8.4. Customers who purchased the additional guarantee must report shipment damage within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage and, if possible, the outer packaging.
